Whiskey Oak Smoked Raw Cane Sugar


INGREDIENTS: Raw Cane Sugar, Oak Smoke.

Produced in an environment with nuts and other allergens present.

use to replace sugar in any recipe for a sweet caramel smokiness. Add it to coffee and hot chocolate. Use it in cocktails or coat the rim of the glass. Mix with meat rubs, coat the meat and cook. Sprinkle over salmon near end of cooking and then grill. Use for creme brulée, caramel sauce, fudge and desserts.
