We are a small, award winning, family run business which has a passion for smoked food which we want to share with lovers of fine smoked foods. As well as our popular classic smoked foods we are developing and expanding our range regularly.

As the only local Smokehouse we bring you a wide range of smoked food products such as our delicious meats, cheese, pates, nuts and of course our famous black pudding.

We are based in North Tyneside, we source all of our products as locally as possible and specialise in creating small hand-crafted batches of smoked foods.

We are committed to ensuring the quality and distinctive flavours of our food and providing a service that is second to none.

Our most popular smoked foods are listed and available to buy from our online store. In addition we are always willing to smoke particular foods on request.
